[BUG] Application Error In Handling Usernames

Steps to reproduce

=> Open a user profile with both, lowercase and uppercase letters

=> In the browser address bar, replace an uppercase letter with its lowercase version, or vice versa and send the request

=> Application error: a server-side exception has occurred while loading breachstars.hn (see the server logs for more information).

Obvious Fix: Treat them as case insensitive
